From a mobile number to a lead profile

Sometimes a lead arrives with nothing but a mobile number. The system completes their profile with name, organization and job title, places a confidence level beside each value, then writes it as a note on the lead's record. So the rep starts the call knowing who they're talking to.

How it works

See it in action

  1. 01
A lead arrives with just a number

From a form or a ticket, with nothing in the record but the mobile number.

  2. 02
    Looks up the number's owner

It gathers what is known about the number and reconciles similar names.

  3. 03
    Verifies before writing

Every value the AI suggests is accepted only with its evidence, along with its confidence level.

  4. 04
    Says what it doesn't know

Anything without evidence is marked “Unconfirmed” and never presented as fact.

  5. 05
    Raises the priority

A decision-making role raises the lead's priority, so the rep calls them first.

The challenge

The rep opens the lead and finds nothing but a number, and searching for its owner by hand takes minutes per lead, which adds up to hours every week. And a tool that guesses with false confidence does customer data more harm than good.

What sets it apart

Knows when it doesn't know

Every value has a confidence level: high, medium or unconfirmed. Anything without evidence is never written as fact.

AI suggests; verification decides

Every value the AI suggests is checked against its evidence before it's accepted, and if the name doesn't match, everything that depends on it is dropped.

Adds, never erases

What's in the lead record stays as it is. The enrichment is written as a note beside it, and the decision is the rep's.

What matters first

A role with purchasing authority raises the lead's priority, so it doesn't sit at the bottom of the list.

Inside the sales system

The result is written into the lead's own record, so the rep doesn't need to open anything else.
