A WhatsApp seller that sells, collects payment and delivers the order

A Saudi organization sells lesson plans and weekly plans to teachers, and most of its orders arrive on WhatsApp. We built it an AI seller that understands a teacher's order the way they type or say it, gives the right price, collects payment and sends the files, without the teacher waiting for a staff member.

How it works

See it in action

  1. 01
Understands teachers the way they write

A greeting, then the subject, then the term in a third message. It reads all the messages as one order and replies once.

  2. 02
    And when they speak

Voice messages are understood just like written ones, so the teacher never has to type.

And the weekly plan too, please
  3. 03
    Knows what's being asked

A question about a subject, a follow-up on an earlier order, or a general inquiry. It tells them apart and never mixes up one question with another.

  4. 04
    Prices from the store catalog

Subject names, prices and totals come from the store's own catalog, so the AI never makes up a price.

  5. 05
    Collects payment

It records the order and sends the payment link in the same chat, so the teacher never leaves WhatsApp.

  6. 06
    And delivers the order

Once payment is made, the file links arrive instantly, with no one stepping in.

  7. 07
    Human handoff

When a teacher asks for a staff member, or the conversation needs a person, the AI seller passes it to the team. The moment a staff member types, the AI stops and they take over.

The challenge

Teachers send their orders in pieces, send voice notes and photos of receipts, and want a quick reply. The organization wanted a seller who does the job well, without the cost multiplying as customers grow.

What sets it apart

Never answers what it doesn't know

If it can't find the answer, it doesn't make one up. It hands the conversation to a staff member immediately, so customers only ever hear the right answer.

The price in the catalog

The AI writes the reply, while prices and totals come from the store's own catalog. So an order with many items is totaled exactly as an accountant would total it.

Mistakes don't repeat

We trace every problem a customer runs into back to its root and close it, so no customer after them runs into it.

One clean reply

However many messages a teacher sends in a row, they get one reply, and their order is never recorded twice.

Human handoff at any moment

The team sees every conversation and can step into any of them at any time. When a staff member types, the AI seller stops automatically, so the customer never gets two replies.
